1. Overview

Welcome to Faith 4 More. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and store at faith4morehq.com and any purchases you make. By accessing or ordering from our store you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Access and Account

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Billing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction and may exclude taxes, duties, or shipping. You warrant that payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.

4. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Many items are print‑on‑demand through Printify and our selected provider, Monster Digital. Production is required before shipping; production times vary by product. Shipping options and transit times (after production) are: Standard — 2–5 business days; Economy — 4–8 business days. All delivery times are estimates; Faith 4 More is not liable for carrier or customs delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when items are transferred to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging to be eligible. Mugs are final sale and not eligible for refunds. For EU deliveries, a 3‑day cooling‑off right applies where required by law. To start a return, email info@faith4morehq.com with your order number and photos. Do not ship returns without authorization. If accepted, send returns to:

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos; we will coordinate reprints or refunds with our selected providers/vendors. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection; banks may require additional time.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Because production begins quickly, cancellations or changes are limited. Contact us immediately at info@faith4morehq.com; we will attempt to stop production but cannot guarantee success.

7. Third‑Party Providers & Intellectual Property

Our store is powered by Shopify and uses third‑party fulfillment partners. You acknowledge that Shopify, Printify, and Monster Digital provide services to enable fulfillment. All content on the site is owned by Faith 4 More or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers, Liability & Governing Law

Products and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith 4 More’s liability is limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Faith 4 More is headquartered.
