Returns, Exchanges & Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For shipments into the European Union, you also have a 3‑day cooling‑off right to cancel or return for any reason.

Acceptable condition for returns: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non‑returnable items:

Mugs are final sale — no refunds.
Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and certain personal care goods are not eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email info@faith4morehq.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
Do not send items back without authorization. If your return is accepted, we’ll email a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@faith4morehq.com with photos and your order number. Do not discard damaged items until instructed — photos are required for claims. For verified defects or fulfillment errors we will arrange a reprint or refund through our vendors.

Exchanges, Reprints & Refund Process

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If a reprint is appropriate for a defect, we’ll coordinate that with our provider.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@faith4morehq.com.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because production starts quickly, cancellations and changes are limited. Contact info@faith4morehq.com immediately after ordering; we’ll do our best to stop production but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.
